Selected Development Experience:

Edgewater Dunes	Award-winning 101 single-family residential development with Neo-Traditional design on a former Brownfield site includes green space with a gazebo on a two-acre pond, a pocket park with a playscape all connected to area walking trails. Project sold out in 2008.
Edgewater Center	20,000 square foot Commercial-Retail Center on a former Brownfield with a unique neighborhood design in harmony with the adjacent Edgewater Dunes. Project completed in 2005.
Dune Harbor	Marina-residential community on a 75-acre former sand-mining site with access to Lake Michigan in Portage, Indiana.
Sandy Bay	Marina-residential community on a 167-acre former gravel-mining site on the Illinois River in Morris, Illinois. Entitlements completed in 2008.
Harbor Village	Marina-residential community on 50-acre former sand-mining site on Lake Michigan in Manistee, Michigan. Partnership of DSLT Development Company and Ron Schults.

Ronald Raade, GRI, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Michigan and heads up the Real Estate Brokerage of the Edgewater Group under Edgewater Group Investments. Raade has property management, sales, and marketing experience in residential, commercial and waterfront properties. Edgewater Group Investments also manages several condominium associations.
